§7452 Authorization of Appropriations

Each fiscal year, money can be provided as needed to carry out this subchapter. That money cannot be used to pay the Board’s costs for administering any order made under this subchapter.

(a)There are authorized to be appropriated for each fiscal year such sums as are necessary to carry out this subchapter.
(b)Funds appropriated under subsection (a) shall not be available for payment of the expenses or expenditures of the Board in administering a provision of an order issued under this subchapter.
