When handlers responsible for at least 75 percent of the anti-hog-cholera serum and hog-cholera virus that move in interstate or foreign trade, or that directly affect such trade, sign a marketing agreement with the Secretary of Agriculture under section 852, the Secretary must issue an order that regulates only that handling and only follows the agreement’s terms. The Secretary must update the order to match any changes to the agreement, and the order ends when the agreement ends.
