Title 7 › Chapter 3— GRAIN STANDARDS › § 87g
Stops a State or its local governments from forcing their own inspection rules, descriptions, licenses, or other limits on official grain inspections or weighings when grain is shipped or sold across state lines or to other countries. Other state laws remain in effect unless they conflict with this federal rule. If one part of this federal law is found invalid, the rest still applies.
