Title 7 › Chapter 116— NATIONAL BIO AND AGRO-DEFENSE FACILITY › § 9204
Require the Secretary of Agriculture, the Secretary of Homeland Security, and other relevant federal agency heads to send reports and give briefings every six months to the Senate Committees on Agriculture, Nutrition, and Forestry and on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs, and to the House Committees on Agriculture and on Homeland Security. The reports must show progress on unfinished parts of a June 20, 2019 memorandum of agreement; the status of actions under a January 7, 2020 memorandum of understanding about collaboration; and details about the National Bio and Agro-Defense Facility’s operations and mission, including how it is carrying out those agreements (and any successor or similar agreements), and information on research and who uses the facility. The reporting ends five years after the facility reaches full operating capability.
