Noncitizens who must register must write to the Attorney General within ten days whenever their address changes and give any extra information the Attorney General asks for. The Attorney General can, after giving ten days' notice, require registered people from certain foreign countries to report current addresses; if a parent or guardian registers for someone, that adult must send the notice.
