The Secretary of State must make every U.S. mission abroad keep a terrorist lookout committee. The committee uses all parts of the mission to find known or possible terrorists and to collect information about them. It must make sure that information is regularly given to the right U.S. officials for immigration matters and that names go into the proper lookout databases. The Secretary will set rules about who is on each committee. Each committee must meet at least once a month and must send a monthly report to the Secretary of State about its work, even if it found nothing. Money may be provided as needed to carry out these duties.
