Title 9 › Chapter 1— GENERAL PROVISIONS › § 16
You can appeal certain court orders about arbitration. That includes orders that refuse to pause a related court case, deny requests to start or force arbitration, decide what happens to an arbitration award (confirm it, change it, or cancel it), temporary rulings about injunctions against arbitration, and final decisions about an arbitration. Unless 28 U.S.C. 1292(b) says otherwise, you cannot appeal temporary orders that grant a pause, order arbitration to go forward, force arbitration, or refuse to stop an arbitration.
