What Airship AI Holdings, Inc. told the SEC could break it.
Airship AI's disclosures cluster on acute concentration at both ends of its business. Despite a 92-customer base, just four customers were 87% of 2025 revenue (a single customer was 57% in 2024), and substantially all of that revenue comes from one thing — purchases of its AI data-management platforms — so market acceptance of those products is critical. On the supply side it leans on a limited set of hardware, software, and support vendors, some of them its sole source or holding exclusivity through contract or IP, and it (and some suppliers) source certain raw materials from China, leaving it exposed to U.S.–China tariffs and trade restrictions it may not easily route around.

In its own words
What could break it.
Customer concentration
- four customers = 87% of revenue (2025); one customer = 57% (2024)high
Airship AI's revenue is highly concentrated — four customers were 87% of 2025 total revenue (and a single customer was 57% in 2024) — so loss of any major commercial/government customer would be materially adverse despite a 92-customer base.
“For the year ended December 31, 2025, we had revenue from ninety two customers and four customers represented 87% of total revenue.”

Sole-source dependency
- limited/sole-source hardware, software and support vendors (some with exclusivity)high
Airship AI obtains hardware, software and operational support from a limited number of vendors, some of which are its primary or sole source of supply or hold exclusivity via contract or IP — so a vendor failure or capacity shortfall could disrupt its products and services.
“Some of our hardware, software and operational support vendors represent our primary or sole source of supply or have, either through contract or as a result of intellectual property rights, a position of some exclusivity.”

Other disclosures
- substantially all revenue from its platforms/products (market-acceptance dependence)medium
Airship AI derives substantially all revenue from customers purchasing its AI data-management platforms and products, so failure of those platforms (or enhancements) to gain/retain market acceptance would directly impair growth and results.
“Because we derive, and expect to continue to derive, substantially all of our revenue from customers purchasing our platforms and products, market acceptance of these platforms and products, and any enhancements or changes thereto, is critical to our success.”

Regulatory & policy
- US–China tariffs/trade restrictions and China raw-material sourcingmedium
Airship AI (and some of its suppliers) source certain raw materials from China and may be unable to transition away or find secondary sources; US-China tariffs and trade restrictions could materially raise costs and disrupt its supply chain.
“We source certain raw materials from China, as do some of our suppliers. We may be unable to transition away from China to other jurisdictions or obtain secondary source s for raw materials which could result in a material adverse effect on our revenues, profitability and financial condition.”
