What Amdocs Limited told the SEC could break it.

2 self-disclosed vulnerabilities, pulled from its own filings — each in the company’s words, with the source. This is the risk register almost nobody reads.

A limited set so far — we surface every cited disclosure we’ve extracted for DOX. More may follow as additional filings are processed.

In its own words

What could break it.

Geographic concentration

  • Israel — concentration of largest development centers / geopolitical exposuremedium

Amdocs concentrates major R&D/development operations in Israel (one of its largest centers, <15% of workforce there), directly exposing it to Israel's political, economic and military conditions; major hostilities could materially affect the business.

Of the development centers we maintain worldwide, two of our largest development centers are located in India and one in Israel. In Israel, our facilities are located in several different cities, with our main facility in the center of the country. Less than 15% of our workforce is located in Israel, with revenue from customers in Israel comprising less than 1% of total revenue. As a result, we are directly influenced by the political, economic and military conditions affecting Israel and its neighboring regions.

  • India — two largest development centers; India/Pakistan tensionslow

Two of Amdocs's largest development centers are in India, exposing operations to regional political events and India/Pakistan tensions.

Terrorist activity in India and Pakistan has contributed to tensions between those countries and our operations in India may be adversely affected by future political and other events in the region.
