What NCR Atleos Corp. told the SEC could break it.
2 self-disclosed vulnerabilities, pulled from its own filings — each in the company’s words, with the source. This is the risk register almost nobody reads.

In its own words
What could break it.
Sole-source dependency
- Single-source ATM parts/components and manufacturing process; named single-source dependencies on Accenture, Intel and Microsoftmedium
NCR Atleos relies on single sources for a number of critical inputs. While most parts and services have multiple vendors, certain services and components are purchased from single sources for price, quality, technology or functionality reasons — notably transaction processing services from Accenture, computer chips and microprocessors from Intel, and operating systems from Microsoft. Furthermore, certain parts and components used to manufacture its ATMs, and the ATM manufacturing process itself, are supplied by single sources. If it could not secure these services, parts, components or contract manufacturing, its ability to produce and operate ATMs and deliver ATM-as-a-Service would be impaired.
“Certain parts and components used in the manufacturing of our ATMs and the manufacturing process of ATMs themselves are supplied by single sources.”

Regulatory & policy
- Tariffs/trade measures on cross-border ATM hardware — manufacturing in Chennai (India) and Budapest (Hungary), 55% international revenuelow
NCR Atleos manufactures its ATMs through a global network — its primary internal facility is in Chennai, India, supported by partner facilities in Budapest, Hungary — and generates roughly 55% of revenue outside the United States. This cross-border manufacturing and distribution footprint, plus imported components such as Intel chips, exposes it to tariffs and other trade measures, which it lists among the business-operations risks that could adversely affect results, financial position and cash flows. Severity is low given the lack of a quantified realized impact, but escalating tariffs on imported ATM hardware or components would raise costs.
“Tariffs and other trade measures could adversely affect our results of operations, financial position and cash flows.”
