What Savara Inc. told the SEC could break it.
Savara's entire business rests on a single asset and a single supplier. It is substantially dependent on the clinical, regulatory and commercial success of its sole product candidate, MOLBREEVI (inhaled GM-CSF for autoimmune pulmonary alveolar proteinosis), so failure of that one program would gravely harm the company. It outsources all manufacturing and currently relies on a single source for MOLBREEVI drug product — a dual-source supply chain is only a post-approval plan — leaving it exposed to disruption at that one contract manufacturer. As a pre-revenue company, it has also pledged substantially all of its assets under the Hercules Loan Agreement, whose restrictive covenants on debt, investments, liens, asset sales and dividends limit its flexibility while it funds development.
3 self-disclosed vulnerabilities, pulled from its own filings, each in the company’s words, with the source. This is the risk register almost nobody reads.
