7 public companies told the SEC they depend on Crude OIL.

If Crude OIL is disrupted, these are the companies that said, in their own filings, it could hurt them — a deterministic read, every line cited. Some may be in your portfolio.

    • For the year ended December 31, 2025, fuel revenue decreased by $820.0 million, or 12.0%, compared to the year ended December 31, 2024. The decrease in fuel revenue was attributable primarily to a decrease in the average price of fuel compared to 2024 and fewer gallons sold in 2025 compared to 2024, due to a challenging macroeconomic environment, as well as severe weather conditions in January and February 2025 in certain of the markets in which we operate.

    • Actions by members of the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries (“OPEC”) can impact global crude oil production levels and lead to significant volatility in global oil supplies and market oil prices.

    • Substantially all of our oil sales are indexed against Dated Brent and Heavy Louisiana Sweet. Oil prices during 2025 ranged between $60.20 and $83.06 per Bbl for Dated Brent, with Heavy Louisiana Sweet experiencing similar volatility during 2025.

    • approximately 20% of the world's petroleum. The duration and impact of these ongoing armed conflicts, and the potential of these conflicts spreading to more regions is uncertain and could adversely affect the global economy, financial markets, our customers and in turn us.

    • a $1.00 increase in the average price of fuel per gallon, year over year, would decrease our income before income taxes by approximately $12.6 million.

    • the 2025 average spot price of West Texas Intermediate (“WTI”) crude oil from the 2024 average following increased crude oil production by OPEC+.

    • Volatility in oil and natural gas prices along with cyclical downturns in the energy industry, particularly in Louisiana, could lead to increased credit losses in our loan portfolio. As of December 31, 2025, we had energy loans of $27.7 million, or 1.2% of loans HFI.
