Rule
Summary
The Federal Election Commission (FEC) is making sure that if a court sends a case back to them for more review, they’ll let the people or groups involved know about the court’s decision. Those folks will also get a chance to share more info before the FEC takes the next steps. This new policy starts February 18, 2025, and helps keep everyone in the loop during these legal twists.
