Employee Stock Ownership Plan (Amended Effective November 12, 2024), of Bastrop, Texas, to retain control of voting shares of Bastrop Bancshares, Inc., parent of The First National Bank of Bastrop; and (2) Charles Diesing, Graham, Alabama, to acquire additional voting shares of Liberty Northwest Bancorp, Inc., and thereby indirectly Liberty Bank, both of Poulsbo, Washington.
