Grants for Higher-Blend Fuel Infrastructure

USDA announced approximately $450,000,000 in competitive grants under section 22003 of the Inflation Reduction Act to help transportation fueling and biodiesel distribution facilities convert to higher-blend friendly status (ethanol blends greater than 10% and biodiesel greater than 5%). Cost-share grants may cover up to 75 percent of eligible project costs but not more than $5,000,000 per project; applicants are responsible for their application expenses and projects must meet all applicable Federal, State, and local requirements. The information collection lists 641 respondents and a total burden of 84,177 hours.

Annual Farmer Cooperatives Survey Burden

If you run a farmer cooperative, you may need to respond to the USDA's Annual Survey of Farmer Cooperatives, which collects statistics on business volume, net income, members, financial status, and employees. The survey is reported annually, covers 1,035 respondents, and the total estimated burden is 806 hours.
