90-day environmental review timeline
Within 90 days of this Notice, Commission staff will either finish the environmental review and place it in the public record or issue a Notice of Schedule for Environmental Review. If a schedule is issued, it will include the anticipated date for the final environmental impact statement (FEIS) or environmental assessment (EA) and require federal authorizations to be completed within 90 days of issuance of the FEIS or EA.
