New USPS Negotiated Shipping Contract
If you or your business ships packages using Priority Mail Express, Priority Mail, or USPS Ground Advantage, the Postal Service filed a request to add a new negotiated services contract (Contract 1249) that may offer new negotiated rates starting early 2025. The Postal Service filed the request with the Postal Regulatory Commission on January 6, 2025, and issued required notice on January 16, 2025 (Docket Nos. MC2025-1066, K2025-1065).
