Virtual public meetings via Zoom
The Legal Services Corporation will hold open committee meetings virtually on January 21, 2025 (Operations and Regulations at 2:00 p.m. ET; Governance and Performance Review at 3:00 p.m. ET) and January 23, 2025 (Institutional Advancement Committee at 3:00 p.m. ET). Anyone may observe or participate in public comment via the provided Zoom links, meeting IDs (813 1038 7219 for Jan 21; 853 7687 5347 for Jan 23), and passcodes (12125 for Jan 21; 12325 for Jan 23); attendance is free.
Meeting materials posted 24 hours before
Non-confidential meeting materials will be made available in electronic format at least 24 hours in advance of the meetings on the LSC website at https://www.lsc.gov/about-lsc/board-meeting-materials. This gives the public time to review agendas and documents before the January 21 and January 23, 2025 meetings.
Some meeting portions closed to public
Parts of the meetings will be closed to the public; closed-session items include approval of certain minutes, a confidential development report, and consideration of nominations to the Leaders and Emerging Leaders Councils. These closed portions will not be available for public observation during the January 21 and January 23, 2025 meetings.
