Level 3 trainee forms consolidated
FEMA is combining all Level 3 training evaluation instruments into two shared forms used by three offices (NTED, CDP, and NDEMU). If you take FEMA Level 3 training, you may fill out one of these two evaluation forms and may be asked about training transfer 3 to 6 months after the course; the change is intended to reduce paperwork and respondent burden.
