Annual authorization to operate in 2025

Northern States Power Company is issued an annual license for the Superior Falls Hydroelectric Project (Project No. 2587) effective January 1, 2025 through December 31, 2025, or until a new license or other disposition is issued. The company is authorized to continue operating the project under the terms and conditions of the prior license during that period.

Automatic renewal if no new license by 2025

If a new license (or other disposition) is not issued on or before December 31, 2025, the annual license for Project No. 2587 will be renewed automatically without further order or notice by the Commission pursuant to 18 CFR 16.18(c).
