Inspect and Repair Pacific Scientific Buckles

If your airplane or helicopter uses certain Pacific Scientific Company rotary buckle assemblies, the FAA now requires inspections and corrective actions under a new Airworthiness Directive that supersedes AD 2021-07-13. The rule keeps requirements to inspect each specified buckle (including the buckle handle vane) and to stop installing affected buckles, but it narrows which buckles are covered based on their date of manufacture and requires following parts of an updated service bulletin for fixes.
