Bosshard Financial Group, Inc., La Crosse, Wisconsin, filed to merge with Bosshard Banco, Ltd., La Crosse, Wisconsin, and thereby indirectly acquire Intercity State Bank (Schofield, Wisconsin) and The First National Bank of Bangor (Bangor, Wisconsin). This application, if approved, would change who controls those named banks and could affect local banking options and the flow of money in those communities.
