Extend Lead-in-Construction Paperwork

OSHA is asking for public comments to extend the OMB approval of the information-collection (paperwork) requirements in the Lead in Construction Standard. This keeps employer recordkeeping and lead-exposure tracking in place so companies continue collecting the same information about worker lead exposure. OSHA states there are no major changes or added costs—just more time to keep these protections active.
