Foreign Ocean Carriers Must File BE-29
If you are a foreign ocean carrier operating in the United States, you must complete the BE-29 Annual Survey of Foreign Ocean Carriers' Expenses in the United States each year. The survey is mandatory, collects your expenses in the U.S. to measure U.S. trade in transport services, and is authorized by the International Investment and Trade in Services Survey Act.
