The President amended a prior order to change the ad valorem duty on articles that are products of the People’s Republic of China from 10 percent to 20 percent. The amendment was signed on March 3, 2025 and replaces the phrase "10 percent" with "20 percent" in section 2(a) of Executive Order 14195.
