Updated Flood Maps May Change Insurance

Some communities have revised flood maps (changes to Base Flood Elevations, base flood depths, Special Flood Hazard Area boundaries, zone designations, or regulatory floodways). If you live in or own property in one of these listed communities, your flood insurance coverage or rules may change when the new maps take effect.

New Community Number Required For Policies

FEMA updated the Flood Insurance Rate Maps and states that the current effective community number shown in the notice's table must be used for all new flood insurance policies and renewals for those communities.
