A group of trusts and trustees (the Leland Phillips and Peggy Phillips Living Trusts, named family members, Crystal Hawk, and HNB National Bank) filed an application under the Change in Bank Control Act to acquire voting shares of Monticello Bancshares, Inc., and thereby indirectly acquire voting shares of Bank of Monticello. The public may inspect the filings at the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis or the Board's offices and may submit written comments by March 27, 2025; comments will be publicly disclosed and should not include confidential information.
