Public Access to Bank Acquisition Filings

You can inspect the public parts of applications to acquire bank or bank holding company shares at the Federal Reserve Banks listed in the notice and at the Board of Governors' offices. You may also request expedited access from the appropriate Federal Reserve Bank or from the Board's Freedom of Information Office via https://www.federalreserve.gov/foia/request.htm.

Public Comment Deadline and Disclosure Risk

If you want to comment on these bank-control applications, your written comments must be received at the Reserve Bank indicated in the notice or at the Board of Governors (Ann E. Misback, Secretary of the Board, 20th Street and Constitution Avenue NW, Washington, DC 20551-0001) not later than March 28, 2025. Comments are subject to public disclosure and generally will be made available without change, so do not include confidential information in your submission.

Specific Bank Share Acquisitions Under Review

The Federal Reserve is reviewing applications to acquire voting shares of Stark Bancshares, Inc. (indirectly LimeBank) in Bolivar, Missouri, and applications by the Kosman Family Group and others to retain or acquire voting shares of Platte Valley Financial Service Companies, and indirectly Platte Valley Bank (Scottsbluff, Nebraska), Platte Valley Bank (Torrington, Wyoming), and Mountain Valley Bank (Walden, Colorado). Interested persons in these areas may inspect filings and submit comments by March 28, 2025.
