IEX Retires One Price-Change Calculator
If you trade or invest on IEX, the Exchange removed the proprietary calculation called "CQI 1" from IEX Rule 11.190 and will rely on "CQI 2" to detect imminent changes to a protected quotation. The change took effect on March 4, 2025; the Exchange says CQI 2 provides incrementally more protection, is used more frequently, and the retirement of CQI 1 will make the system smoother without extra costs.
