Boeing 787s Face Bulkhead Safety Inspections
Published Date: 3/14/2025
Proposed Rule
Summary
The FAA wants Boeing 787-8, 787-9, and 787-10 planes checked for gaps and damage in a key part called the forward pressure bulkhead. Pilots and airlines will need to inspect these parts inside and out and fix any problems found. This keeps flights safe and might mean some quick repairs soon, but it’s all about making sure the planes stay rock-solid in the sky.
