SEC may allow fund co-investments
The SEC published an application asking permission to let certain closed-end management investment companies and business development companies co-invest in portfolio companies with each other and with certain affiliated investment entities. The applicants named include MA Specialty Credit Income Fund, MA Asset Management, LLC, Blue Elephant Specialty Finance Fund, LP, and MA Eagle II LLC.
