Meketa Funds Allowed to Co‑Invest
Meketa Capital, LLC and related funds (including Meketa Investment Group, Meketa Infrastructure Fund, Meketa Private Equity Co‑Investment Fund, Primark Advisors LLC, and Primark Meketa Private Equity Investments Fund) asked the SEC for an order under section 17(d) and rule 17d‑1 to allow certain closed‑end management investment companies to co‑invest in portfolio companies with each other and certain affiliated investment entities.

The SEC will issue the requested order unless it orders a hearing; persons who want a hearing must submit a hearing request by 5:30 p.m. on April 07, 2025, with proof of service on the applicants as described in the notice.
