Security Clearances Suspended Immediately

The Attorney General, the Director of National Intelligence, and other agency heads must immediately take steps, consistent with law, to suspend any active security clearances held by individuals at Paul, Weiss and by Mark Pomerantz, pending a review of whether those clearances are consistent with the national interest.

Agencies May Terminate Paul Weiss Contracts

Heads of all agencies shall review contracts with Paul, Weiss or with entities that disclose doing business with Paul, Weiss and, to the maximum extent permitted by law (including the Federal Acquisition Regulation), take appropriate steps to terminate any contract for which Paul, Weiss has been hired to perform any service.

Government Facilities and Services Cut Off

The Office of Management and Budget shall identify Government goods, property, material, and services provided for the benefit of Paul, Weiss, including Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIFs), and agency heads shall, to the extent permitted by law, expeditiously cease providing such items or services.

Contractors Must Disclose Paul Weiss Business

Government contracting agencies shall, to the extent permitted by law, require contractors to disclose any business they do with Paul, Weiss and whether that business is related to the subject of the Government contract.

Federal Hiring and Access Limits for Paul Weiss

Agency heads shall, to the extent permitted by law, limit official access from Federal Government buildings to employees of Paul, Weiss when such access would threaten national security or be inconsistent with U.S. interests; they shall also limit Government employees acting in their official capacity from engaging with Paul, Weiss employees, and agency officials shall refrain from hiring Paul, Weiss employees absent a waiver made in consultation with the Director of OPM.
