Black Sea Bass Season Open All Year

If you fish recreationally in South Atlantic Federal waters, the black sea bass season will be open throughout the 2025-2026 recreational fishing year. This accountability measure (AM) lets recreational fishers try to maximize their opportunity to harvest the recreational annual catch limit (ACL) while NMFS manages the harvest to protect the black sea bass resource.
