Cboe Slaps Fees on Fancy Trading Cores Overnight

New Monthly Dedicated Core Fees

If your firm uses more than two Dedicated Cores, the Exchange now charges monthly fees: $650 per Dedicated Core for cores 3–10, $850 per Dedicated Core for cores 11–15, and $1,050 per Dedicated Core for cores 16 or more. These monthly fees are assessed in full (not prorated). Standard BOE logical port fees of $550 per port per month remain applicable and continue to be charged, including on the first two Dedicated Cores.

Two Free Dedicated Cores Provided

The Exchange provides up to two Dedicated Cores to any User at no additional Dedicated Core fee. However, the Exchange will still assess the standard BOE logical port fee of $550 per port per month on those first two Dedicated Cores.

Member Dedicated Core Cap Increased

The Exchange increased the maximum number of Dedicated Cores a Member may purchase to 120 Dedicated Cores, effective December 1, 2024. Sponsoring Members remain limited to a maximum of 35 Dedicated Cores per Sponsored Access relationship.
