10 Gb Port Monthly Fee Hike
If you use a 10 Gb physical port to connect to Cboe EDGA, the monthly fee increases from $7,500 to $8,500 per port. The change was filed March 13, 2025 and the SEC published the notice March 21, 2025, and the new fee is effective immediately.
One Fee for Affiliate Access
A single $8,500 monthly fee will apply per 10 Gb physical port even if that port is used to access Cboe EDGA and its affiliate exchanges (for example, Cboe BYX, BZX, EDGX, and C2). You will not be charged multiple monthly port fees for access to those affiliated exchanges when using the same physical port.
1 Gb Port Fee Remains Unchanged
The monthly fee for 1 Gb physical ports remains $2,500 per port and is not changing. Market participants with modest capacity needs can continue to use the 1 Gb option at $2,500 per month.
