Pilot Stick Grip Replacement Required

If you operate or fly an Airbus Helicopters Model SA341G or SA342J, the FAA requires you to replace certain pilot collective pitch stick handle grips because a grip was reported to break when pulled. The rule also prohibits installing those same pilot collective pitch stick handle grips going forward. The actions are specified by a European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) AD that the FAA incorporated by reference.
