Per-Share Fee for Midpoint Ping
If your firm uses the NYSE Midpoint Ping routing strategy for stocks priced $1.00 or more, the Exchange will charge a routing fee of $0.0030 per share. The Exchange filed this change to its Price List to be effective April 1, 2025, and the Midpoint Ping routing strategy is noted as becoming available on April 7, 2025.
Fee for Sub-$1.00 Midpoint Pings
For orders routed using the Midpoint Ping routing strategy in securities priced below $1.00, the Exchange will apply a routing fee equal to 0.30% (0.0030) of the total dollar value of the transaction. This pricing treatment is included in the same Price List change the Exchange proposed effective April 1, 2025.
