Flood Map Updates Could Change Insurance

Flood risk maps for listed communities have been finalized with new Base Flood Elevations, base flood depths, Special Flood Hazard Area boundaries, zone designations, and/or regulatory floodways. These finalized Letters of Map Revision (LOMRs) revise the community Flood Insurance Rate Maps (FIRMs) and may change whether you must carry flood insurance and how much your premiums cost.
