New Trading-Floor Connectivity Fees

If you are a market participant that uses colocation services, NYSE Arca proposes adding "Trading Floor" connectivity (TF VCC or TF VRF) between the Mahwah data center and NYSE, NYSE American, or NYSE Arca trading floors. Monthly charges in the proposed schedule are: 1 Mb $200; 3 Mb $400; 5 Mb $500; 10 Mb $800; 25 Mb $1,200; 50 Mb $1,800; 100 Mb $2,500. The proposal was filed April 7, 2025 and is open for comment through May 19, 2025.

Billing: Per‑Connection vs Single VRF Charge

The Fee Schedule note says a TF VCC (or multiple VCCs) connecting to several Trading Floors will be charged separately for each connection, but one TF VRF that connects to multiple Trading Floors will be charged as a single connection. The monthly charge depends on the bandwidth size you request.

Service Is Voluntary and Non‑Discriminatory

The proposed Trading Floor connectivity service is voluntary and will be available to all Users on a non‑discriminatory basis; the Fee Schedule would be applied uniformly to all Users. The Exchange says only Users that choose the service would incur the charges.

TF Connections Do Not Allow Order Entry

The proposed Trading Floor connections transport trading‑related data and back‑office communications but will not provide direct access or order entry to the Exchange's execution system. Establishing a TF Connection will not give FIDS or the Exchange any right to use the exchange's execution system.
