New Trading-Floor Connectivity Fees

The Exchange added virtual control circuit (VCC) and virtual routing and forwarding (VRF) connections between the Mahwah data center and NYSE, NYSE American, and NYSE Arca trading floors, with monthly charges by bandwidth: 1 Mb $200, 3 Mb $400, 5 Mb $500, 10 Mb $800, 25 Mb $1,200, 50 Mb $1,800, and 100 Mb $2,500. The change was filed April 7, 2025, and the new TF Connectivity service will be available for Users to purchase on a voluntary basis under the Fee Schedule.

Adds Choice; Competes With Telecoms

The filing adds TF Connectivity as an option that competes with 16 third‑party telecommunications providers that already sell circuits into the Mahwah meet‑me‑rooms, and the Exchange says the service will be offered on a voluntary, non‑discriminatory basis to all Users. The Exchange states this provides an additional choice for connecting to Trading Floors and that the Fee Schedule would apply uniformly.
