Closed Sessions Protect Confidential Information

Parts of the June 2, 2025 meeting will be closed (for example 8:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. and 11:45 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.) because discussions may disclose confidential trade secrets, patentable material, or personal information associated with grant applications. Those closed sessions are being withheld under provisions of Title 5 U.S.C. (sections 552b(c)(4) and 552b(c)(6)).
