The Enforcement Bureau suspended Susan Klein from the schools and libraries universal service support mechanism (the E-Rate Program) and from all universal service support mechanisms. While suspended, Susan Klein is not allowed to participate in those support mechanisms.
Debarment Proceedings and Right to Respond
The Bureau has commenced debarment proceedings against Susan Klein. Ms. Klein, or any person who has an existing contract with or intends to contract with her to provide or receive services related to the schools and libraries support, may respond by filing an opposition request supported by documentation.
