Notice
Summary
Cboe Exchange wants to let certain morning-settled index options keep trading during global hours right before they expire. This change could affect traders by giving them more time to buy or sell these options, possibly impacting market moves and money flow. The SEC is taking extra time to decide if this rule change should be approved, so no final call yet.
