Prohibition on Third Parties Doing Business With Denied Person

From the date of this Order until May 23, 2030, no person may export, reexport, transfer, facilitate acquisition for, acquire from, obtain items from, or service items for Carlos Orlando Ledesma if the items are subject to the Export Administration Regulations.

Affiliates Can Be Subject to Order to Prevent Evasion

Any person, firm, corporation, or business organization related to Ledesma by ownership, control, position, affiliation, or other connection in trade or business may also be made subject to this Order to prevent evasion of the denial.
