Northwest Pipeline LLC replaced two noncontinuous sections totaling 0.07 miles of 24-inch-diameter loop pipe on Line 1401 in Ada County, Idaho as an emergency action and placed the work into service on November 11, 2024. Northwest estimates the Modifications cost $6,866,228 and has filed for Commission authorization in Docket CP25-299-000, saying the work was needed to maintain its ability to support current firm transportation service obligations.
