10 Gb Port Monthly Fee Rises to $8,500

If you use a 10 Gb physical port to connect to Cboe C2, your monthly port fee increases from $7,500 to $8,500 per port. The change was filed May 9, 2025 and is effective immediately, so expect the higher charge on your next bill.

Most Ports Are 10 Gb — Many Users Affected

About 90% of physical ports across the NY4, NY5, and NY6 data centers are 10 Gb ports, and 80% of new port connections in NY6 have been 10 Gb. Because most ports are 10 Gb, the fee increase will affect a large share of existing and new port users.

1 Gb Port Price Stays at $2,500

The Exchange keeps the monthly fee for a 1 Gb physical port at $2,500 per port. Smaller participants with modest capacity needs can continue to buy the 1 Gb option instead of paying the higher 10 Gb fee.

One Fee Covers Multiple Affiliate Connections

A single monthly fee (now $8,500) is charged per 10 Gb physical port even if that port is used to access Cboe C2 and its affiliated exchanges. You will not be charged separate monthly port fees by C2 for each affiliated exchange accessed through the same physical port.
