Legacy Platform API Fee Increase
If your firm uses the Cboe Legacy Silexx platforms, the API fee increases from $200 per month per Login ID to $2,000 per month per Login ID for logins 1–5, effective May 1, 2025. The fee schedule applies up to 10 Login IDs per firm and the change is meant to encourage migration to the current Cboe Silexx platform.
Monthly Fee Cap and Login ID Limit
Cboe will cap the Legacy Platform API fees for a firm at a maximum monthly total of $10,000 and will cap the number of API Login IDs a firm may utilize at 10. These caps apply as part of the Legacy Platform fee changes effective May 1, 2025.
Migration Login ID Fee Waiver Extended
The Exchange is extending the fee waiver period for Cboe Silexx Login ID fees from two months to three months (the three months need not be consecutive) for users migrating from Legacy Platforms. This waiver applies to Login ID fees incurred during the migration period.
