10 Gb Port Monthly Fee Rises $1,000
If your firm buys a 10 Gb physical port from Cboe BYX, the monthly fee rises from $7,500 to $8,500 per port starting with the immediate filing on May 9, 2025. That is a $1,000 increase each month, or $12,000 more per year for each 10 Gb port you use.
One Fee Covers Multiple Affiliate Access
A single monthly fee of $8,500 will apply per 10 Gb physical port regardless of how many Cboe affiliate exchanges you access through that one port. You will not be charged extra monthly port fees for accessing additional Cboe affiliate exchanges through the same physical port.
1 Gb Port Fee Remains $2,500
If you use a 1 Gb physical port to connect to the Exchange, the monthly fee stays at $2,500 per port; that price is not changing with this filing. The 1 Gb port option continues to be available as a lower-cost connectivity choice.
