If you are a market participant using NYSE colocation at the Mahwah Data Center, NYSE (through FIDS) would offer to procure hardware for you and charge you the third-party procurement specialist's fees plus a 10% service fee payable to FIDS. The service is voluntary and would be available to any prospective User who chooses to use it.
Managed Services Fee Added
If you are a market participant using NYSE colocation at the Mahwah Data Center, NYSE (through FIDS) would offer to contract for managed IT services on your behalf and charge you the managed services provider's fees plus a 10% service fee payable to FIDS. The managed services option is voluntary and would be available to any prospective User who chooses to use it.
Voluntary, Non-Discriminatory Availability
The proposed services (hardware procurement and managed services) would be offered on a voluntary, non-discriminatory basis and would be available to any potential User of the Mahwah Data Center. Only Users who choose to use the services would be charged the fees described.
