The managed services option is voluntary and would be available to any prospective User who chooses to use it.

The proposed services (hardware procurement and managed services) would be offered on a voluntary, non-discriminatory basis and would be available to any potential User of the Mahwah Data Center. Only Users who choose to use the services would be charged the fees described.
